    :D
Does this go away if you disable IFC?

Tip: Please fill in the "my system" portion of your user profile, it does help track errors and such

I've added my system specification in my profile.. Disabling the black bar detection the dropped frames went away...

Can you add all logs to this thread?
I will provide a test version with an optimized patch from gemx, that re-sized the captured frame "within" the GPU, and hope that fix some stuttering issues.

Attached the log files when black bar detection is activacted (note the i have disabled l/r black bar detection)... There are dropped frames on each fram grab...:D

For your info guys, if someone encounter stuttering with I.F.C. and RC1, check you anti virus scanner and don't check MP folders.
We find that NOD32 Engine and similar produce stuttering in MP.

    Hi Marvman,

    some problem like a adams79,
Windows 7 64bit and MP 1.1.0 RC1 every 5 seconds in MyTV dropped frames... The cpu utilization jump for 1 second to 100% and than goes to normal 30-60%
If I disable IFC this go away.(Vista and MP 1.0.2 works great with IFC plugin - no shuttering issues)
No antivirus on the system and MediaPortal TV Server uses MSLoopback Device for Singleseat users.

    Please check my logs...

Are you using the Microsoft Codec? I think that this problem is present with these codec only.. Now I'm using arcsoft hd decoder and I've no problem (unfortunately these codec are not free and for me cyberlink and mpc are not working)...

The exception is ok and normal (too technical to explain here).

With once you mean IFC should stop after one scan was done?

You can press F4 to stop IFC otherwise is the answer no. See in the wiki "Manual Activation"

Yes that is what I meant :) Movies do not change resolution/dimension during playback. So if it just checked after 5s or so.

I'm using a remote and I don't think adding more keys is a good idea. I like the way it's working now but updates are too often.. once is quite enough i think..?

It could be a feature for the new IFC, I think about it
