Playing a transcoded file

Hey,

Quick question: After installing the 3.3.1 DLL mentioned earlier I am now able to transcode using the iPiMP interface. The problem now is that I can't play the transcoded recording -- I get the following. Am I doing something wrong?

Have you waited for the transcoding to complete before trying to view it. It takes between 10 - 30mins depending on the length of recording, SD/HD & your spec of PC. You can view some transcoding progress through the TV Server status pages.

Have you used the default transcode parameters in the iPiMPTranscodeToMP4 plugin?

Does this happen with every transcoded file?

Hmm.. the thick plottens.

Another recording just finished transcoding, and again it's flawless on the Mac but presents the same "bad luck, try again next time" icon on the iPhone. I've got another converting now, but it's going to take a while...

This may (not) be a stupid question, but I haven't rebooted since installing iPiMP... this is Windows after all... ???
