don't use this filter with 1.2.0 Beta version, because it doesn't work - the problem is in TvService, filter gets data correctly.

Do you know whats the problem with 1.2.0 beta? I can use my old version and you version of from last week with 1.2.0 beta. Right now I'm not at home and can't check this problem.
Can you give some more details on that? Hope to have some time on the weekend....

New version of my filter. Now supports IPv4 and IPv6, source code can be compiled in Unicode and Multibyte, both for X86 and X64. Remember that MP and TvService are 32bit (X86) and X64 version of filter doesn't work with them - it's just for future. Also source code is created from scratch in VS 2008.

Because latest MP (1.1.7.27831 = 1.2.0 Beta) is converted to VS 2010, next releases with source code can be compiled only in VS 2010.

And last thing as mentioned heerfordt, don't use this filter with 1.2.0 Beta version, because it doesn't work - the problem is in TvService, filter gets data correctly.

thanx for the vs2008 version i could build both versions x68 and x64

I have installed MP 1.2.0 Beta on clear test machine and at least scanning doesn't work (TV Server Configuration writes no signal and doesn't add channel to channel list). Filter is working correctly (at least data are flowing) and in TsWriter and TV logs are lines that channel was found.

Yeap, I made sure that the lateste version of MPIPTV.ax was placed after upgrading to 1.2beta ( I also verified that the streamss still was working in VLC/WMP ). The NO_PMT exception keeps coming. I tried downgrading to 1.1.3 again and things started working again... so it seems that something else has changes in 1.2 beta that breaks things.

I post a patch for 1.1.7.27833 (1.2.0 Beta) MP in thread https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal-1-2-0-alpha-536/tvserver-while-scanning-doesnt-add-new-iptv-channels-95786/ which adds correctly channels to channel list. Can you try if it works for you? I don't know if this patch will be included in final MP 1.2.0. And also don't know if new version of IPTV filter (my or velis) will be included in final MP 1.2.0.

    Hi,

because heerfordt has problem with scanning channels on MP 1.2.0 Aplha and problem probably continues in MP 1.2.0 Beta I would like to ask you to test MP 1.2.0 Beta (download: MEDIAPORTAL - MediaPortal 1.2.0 Beta RELEASED!). Don't forget to replace MPIPTVSource. ax file after installing MP 1.2.0 Beta version. Do not replace TVLibrary.dll, I want from you to test original library shipped with MP 1.2.0 Beta.

The problem (at least for heerfordt and me) is that our providers don't send information if streams are audio or video and MP doesn't add channels while scanning. If anybody experience the same problem, please, add logs from TvService here or better directly to thread https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal-1-2-0-beta-540/tvserver-while-scanning-doesnt-add-new-iptv-channels-95882/.

    :D

I'm little confused with your response so I have few questions:

Do you used MP 1.2.0 Beta with original TvLibrary.dll or modified by me?

    MP find ok.

Do you mean that TV-Server Configuration found channel?

But in channel list, I don'n find it at all.

Do you mean in MP or in TV-Server Configuration (or can you post screenshot or better identify where you don't see channels)?
