Hey guys,

I've been waiting to wrap up all the little loose ends before releasing anything new, but now I'm thinking I'll just release what I've got and then do an update when I wrap everything up...

So give the attached version a try and let me know what bugs it does fix and what bugs it doesn't ...

It should fix the Vista resume bug.

I'll try to post more frequently, but I'm not getting much time at the moment

Tested it. The Vista resume bug is still there.

I am using an original Microsoft MCE v6 remote.

Tested your latest test release 1.4.2.2096, Foxtel remote still not working through Translater.

ok, sorry guys, I'll redouble my efforts here and see what I can come up with.

I don't know why the vista bug is still there, I definately solved it on my Vista Business x64 laptop from work.

robyf: Give it a try, but if it doesn't work then I'm not sure what I'll do. CybrMage did all the great work on the Imon support, so unless I get my hands on some imon hardware I don't think I'll be able to do much more.

PS. I know development on IR Server Suite has slowed in recent months and I just want to thank you all for you patience. I'm certain that in a month or so I will be able to commit more time to it and hopefully make the progress with it I've been planning.

Sometimes the remote works after a resume (hibernation), sometimes not. Its the same behaviour like before.

You are doing a great job, real life comes first and it's nice to get a sign of life from time to time, and seeing that you are still motivated to work on IRSS.

Thanks infact it does not work, IRSS is still unable to detect HID devices under Vista.

I'm not driver expert by any means, but it seems there is no need to do anything on MCE suspend/resume. I removed all suspend/resume code (left only notifications) and now it is working on my Vista system
Attached are modified files, extract it to "IR Server Plugins" directory and let me know.
