Seems I forgot to UL my Kreatel (1710) files a while ago, so here they are. Should work with 1510 as well.
Made with "older" IRSS (28.10) but should work wit all versions (?).

Try on the screen before that, with a button selected. without a button selected you should see messages when you press buttons on your remote.

No matter where I seem to press the remote buttons, no messages appear. I have just tried tray launcher to map a remote button to launch media portal, I press to learn the remote button and the screen pops up asking to press the key, I do and nothing happens, then after a short while it disapears.

I dont think my reciever is working with the server suite.. WHich would explain why I'm struggling to get anything working!!

Edit - One thing that may be useful to you is that when I press the red button on my remote, cyberlink powerdvd starts up.. This isn't something I have set to do myself, it just does it. Do you think there is something sitting there already looking for key presses and this is why server suite isn't working for me? I pretty confused on how to proceed..

One good bit of news I suppose is when I have the screen you told me to press keys on in the MP IR config screen, and load up the debug and send keys using the debug tool, messages are apearing in the config

So I guess its installed right, its just not seeing my remote key presses..

OK, so you've proved that communications within the suite is working. But your remote is not being seen.

If powerdvd is starting when you press a button then something is definitely loaded that is listening to the remote...

Did you set up the Custom HID Receiver Input Service plugin?

Yes, in the input service configuration - I have ticked the check box for "Custom HID" "Recieve". If I hit the configure button for Custom HID I get a list of items in the box, these are..

Server Mode (default) is also selected in the main advanced section.

The Logitech BT mini-reciever will be the Bluetooth dongle for my DiNovo keyboard I would assume..

I have tried selecting both of the "USB IR Combo Device" items in turn and then repeated the MP IR config screen remote button presses test and no messages show, nor does IR Tray seem to respond to my button press..

The background application running is "PDVDServ.exe" It apparently came with PowerDVD 5 and above and allows a remote control to be used with the application. I'm guessing many people will have PDVD installed - does the Server Suite still work for them with this app running? I have killed the process and repeated the test, again selecting both the HID entries in the input service configuration, but again the remote doesn't seem to be recognised. The red button however does not trigger powerdvd to start when this process is killed.

Is there anything else I can do to try and troubleshoot this?

Problem/Bug: I simply cannot select any other than Home for Window-condition while trying to MAP buttons.

I'm trying to map following:

Media Portal Setup->Plugins->MP Control Plugin for IR Server->Map Buttons:

My Remote Control->Back->All layers->New:

Condition->Window->TVfullscreen
Action->Context Menu

Action gets mapped alright but Condition Window is ALWAYS "Home" regardless what I put into that listbox. Even hitting apply doesn't change the view on left while listbox tells correct window. If I close plugin and open it, it tells it's mapped to Home.

I just asked the same thing a few posts back. The answer is to hit enter after choosing the window and it will update. I couldn't figure it out myself either, so that should probabaly be included in instructions or something

Edit-> Doesn't seem to control tv plugin though. Could be hardcoded issue also.

Hi Aaron,

I'm upgrading to Foxtel IQ very soon and will need to learn the ir codes for its remote, is there anything I can do so we include it in the next release?

Other than that, it's been working really well from all three of my clients.
