Irregularities playing back recorded TV (1 Viewer)

When playing back recorded TV, I experience occasional jumps during the playback. For example, I can be 27:13 into a recording, and all of a sudden I'll end up back at 13:57. I've been experiencing the issue since I got started with MediaPortal (1.2.0), and continue to see the problem now (1.3.0 beta). I record via Colossus cards to a SMB share that resides on the TV-Server machine itself. The reason for using the SMB share is that it results in a path in the TV-Server database that clients can use without further modification.

The problem does not occur when playing back non-TV content, and also does not affect live TV. Does anyone have any experience with this issue? Thoughts/comments?

Interestingly, I haven't seen the problem I described above in a while, and it appears to have stopped around the time I switched to the current version of LAV (0.55.1) for almost all of my codecs.
