I hear you... but when it comes to testing / validating movies and auto-rendering from one move to another, It will assist in seeing what everything is or is not doing....
I am just now looking thru Github on this app to see what is what....

For further explanation:

Red are the FPS of rendering (frame/s)
Blue line is the GUI render time (ms)
Green is the offset to vertical blank (ms)
Yellow are "glitches" (from sample present count)

Best would be that all lines are nearly constant. green is known to be quite different in "default render mode", but flat in "vsync" mode
