I suppose it's sources of skin editor. I compiled bin file from this and it's works for me.

I like to use this editor, but I'm getting compatibility issues on my Windows 7 x64 system.. Is this not under construction anymore? This would be an awesome way to make skin files!!

This is a great app and should be pursued. I don't know if this helps but I have extracted the dll's etc from the installer.

Maybe someone with the know-how can reverse engineer this as it's open source and continue development.

I'm too ignorant to make an executable out of this (and probably also lack the needed tools). Can anyone provide a binary which runs under Windows 7?
