I've been trying for a number of days to get scan my channels into MP2. I have Verizon Fios as a cable provider. I have Windows 10 and uses Kaspersky as firewall/Internet security. I am getting:
out of band service information: signal locked no channel found message. In looking at the doc, it indicates that my problem might be in my firewall software so I disabled it during the scan. No luck. I also pressed the open log directory button but it opened my documents directory and saw no log file that might give me a clue what is wrong.
I know the hardware/drivers are ok because I can connect to it using Happauge's web interface page and successfully scan the channels from there. Any ideas?

    Hello and welcome! :)

I've been trying for a number of days to get scan my channels into MP2.
Oh dear! Please don't waste days before asking for help.

My first question to you would be: is there a reason you've chosen MediaPortal 2 over MediaPortal 1?
(...keeping in mind that MediaPortal 2 is a work in progress, and there are known issues with CableCARD tuner support that do not exist with MediaPortal 1.)

If not, my advice would be to try MediaPortal 1.
