keep file name episode title (1 Viewer)

when I use tvseries, after import I have english title for episode, i'm italian and I want import episodes with the italian title contained in the video file name. I have selected italian language for tvseries, but often thetvdb.com don't contain italian titles.
for example if I have the file: "M:\serieTV\twin peaks\[DivX - ITA] Twin Peaks - 2x19 - Sulle Ali Dell'Amore.avi"
tvseries import with original english title "Variations and Relations", I want to import title contained in the file name: "Sulle Ali Dell'Amore".

If the tvdb does not contain Italian translations then you can edit it online so everyone can take advantage. There is no support for using filenames as title.

thanks for reply, however before import, when tvseries get list of file name, parse the info from file name and also the episode title contained in the file name.

That filename is only used when the episode doesnt exist online.
