Keys and Sound Confusion (1 Viewer)

I'm confused... This is about section <Keys and Sound>
I have MP running on 2 PC's.
Both PC tell met that this is <Deprecated, consider using HID Keyboard instead...>

At first PC the items <Global Actions> and <Windows> are greyed out and I can't open them.
At second PC these items are still available.

My questions:

• Why is this?
• Is the section <Keys and Sound> still "active"?
• Is it OK to edit Keys and Sound may this cause problems
  
• If no Problems -> How can I reactivate <Keys and Sound> at first PC?

In the "Remotes and Input Devices" section of "MP Config", if you:

• Select "Enable HID" on the "HID" tab, and
• Deselect "Use HID keyboard" on the "HID tab",

the settings in the "Keys and Sounds" section are enabled, and you can modify them.

If you:

• Select "Enable HID" on the "HID" tab, and
• Select "Use HID keyboard" on the "HID tab",

the settings in the "Keys and Sounds" section are greyed out, and you cannot modify them.

Which you use is your preference, but I think that at one time the intention was to remove the "Keys and Sounds" section entirely, but it was retained in order to be compatible with other remotes (such as the Ortek/Hama that I use), and with older users (who don't want to have to modify their remote and keyboard settings when a new release of MP is installed).
