just a request now that this great skin its coming to a finish.

a vary famious plugin has been recently out "myTVSeries". Could you please test it if it works ok with your skin? Could it also be included in the Basic Home screen as an icon?

I don't think that every new plugin should be on the Basic Home screen? Including a whole new icon for it on Basic Home when a lot of people probably don't use it at all will probably be a dealbreaker for a lot of people looking forward to this skin.

I think keeping the Basic Home screen basic is a good idea.

I have to regretfully tell you that on release the following 3 pages are only supported. TV default pages, Video default pages and Music default pages.

But when I’m happy with how these pages are I will slowly expand it and help others do pages which I do NOT use. It’s a sad fact of skinning for me is that 75% of my time is editing and fooling around with the XML files.

I will be releasing the PSD file so people have the relevant graphic elements so they can help develop the skin. I just can’t see in my eyes, spending time on something I don’t even use as a priority.

Nevertheless I am more then enthusiastic to help others.


P.S I’ve got a good idea how the incorporate other plug-in in to basic home without effect the look.

I don't know what your idea is, but it seems like a decent number of remotes have buttons that will go straight to the radio, tv, music, etc. pages. If people had a specific page they wanted to navigate to, these buttons could be programmed to take them right there, no link required on the home screen. Just a thought.

It would be cool if the color was based on time of day (but having the option to have one particular one all the time..)

This skin is THE skin. Very nice, too bad wont support all the other pages I use. So nice though. Good work!
