    Hi again Eciatasa

We are now in contact with the KNC developers. I have some things for you to try...

    Instructions:
    1. Take a backup of the satellites.xml file in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters\dvbs. You'll have to enable viewing of hidden and system files to see that folder. Instructions to do that are here.
    2. Download and extract the attached files into C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters\dvbs.
    3. Open TV Server configuration.
    4. Scan the new "test" satellite that should have appeared at the start of the satellite list.
    5. Post your TV Server logs showing the scan here and let me know if it worked.

    Hi again Eciatasa

Thank you for the logs. I see that the first tune worked. :)
Unfortunately I also see a bug which meant the the tuner didn't try the other frequencies that I wanted it to try. Can you please do the following:

    1. Stop TV Server.
    2. Take a backup of the TVLibrary.dll in your TV Server install folder.
    3. Download and extract the attached TVLibrary.dll into your TV Server install folder.
    4. Start TV Server.
    5. Rescan the "test" satellite.
    6. Post the logs here.

    Thank you in advance...
    :D

    Wow that was fast!

So if you try to view those channels do they work now?

when i try to timeshift (in MP TV Server Config) I get "unkown error occured", while timeshifting with "Das Erste HD" or "ZDF HD" works.

    Okay

I think that the problem is the modulation. Please try the attached build. The instructions are the same as before. Please check scanning and viewing...
