Hello, thanks for the new realease. I have one problem, that is that Norwegian (nor) has been removed from the subtiles and audio preferenses in the configuration. This can be easily fixed by a manual hack of the file C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Mediaportal.xml by updating the settings as follows (the nor part is new):

    Code:

nor;nob;nno;

nor;nob;nno;

    Before we had three options:

    Norwegian (nor)
    Norwegian Bokmål (nob)
    Norwegian Nynorsk (nno)

    Now the first option is removed from the list, and most times channels use the nor, not the other two, so if you need to remove something, remove the two latter ;)

    Anywho, I seem to have found a workaround so I am content with that for now but this could become frustrating for some few Norwegians!

    Thank you - exactly my problem here - hope it's a permanent fix in 1.7 onward :)

    and 1.8 still contains this mistake ! - also removed my fix. I want to be able to keep "nor" - as Canal Digital uses that

nor;nob;eng;nno;

nor;nob;eng;nno;

    in audio Selection list , you should have,
    Norwegian = nor
    Norwegian(bokmåk) = nob (specifies the true Norwegian language - an alias to "nor")
    norwegian (nynorsk) = nno (an version mainly teached in schools to waste time and disqualify students that might be good at something useful, some parts of the country use it as well)
