My Log says :

(Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0x8007007E) kann nicht geladen werden.

The dll is on the correct place, but the log says something else....What´s going on? My Display is an IRTRans Display.

You shouldn't use this. Irtrans works with a different driver. These screenshots should be of help:
