Learn IR does not work (1 Viewer)

I´m having problems blasting IR as well.

Windows 7 x64, using the latest release available to date.


When I launch the Debug app and connect to my host I can record a signal (at least that is what the software indicates). But when I hit the "test" button nothing happens.

I currently have two IR transmitters/receivers in my system if someones wonders why I get a Hauppauge related issue which is the one I don´t use.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I use this one "For MediaPortal 1.2.0 : IR Server Suite - Test Build 1.4.2.4290.zip" and run IRSS as a service, without MP installed.
