When watching HD-channels in Live-TV, for about 40 minutes everything is ok.
But then, stuttering begins (see TS-Writer.log) - this behaviour is reproducable. For me, there is nothing unusual at this time, that means: CPU is same like before (<40%), Latency is same like before. I have a SSD for system only, for timeshift and tv-recording i use a WD AV-25 disk.
I have tried a lot of things without success:
- Set energy-options to "Performance"
- Move Timeshift folder to another HDD
- Disable some client plugins (fan-art handler and so on)
- Disable EPG-Grabbing in idle
- Tried other Codecs (ffdshow or PowerDVD) for H.264 TV
- Switch to Win7-Basic theme instead of Aero
- Tried to use VMR-renderer insted of EVR
With SD-channels, there is no such problem, only when watching HD-channels for more than about 40 minutes.
Watching HD-channels directly with the TV-builtin-Tuner works fine and tests with Media Center and deactivated DXVA2 works also fine for HD-channels - so i don't believe that this is a problem with 'bad signal'.
The question is: What should i try next ?
Thanks, MPManni
