A version 1 install was updated to V1.0.1 using the deploy tool.
Internal TV engine.
Under version 1 live TV without timeshifting, would result in audio immediately going out of sync and then audio would break up for a few seconds before stopping. Video continues OK but MP becomes laggy and generally crashes. Quickly selecting another channel results in the same process starting again. the same occurs with version 1.0.1.
Having timeshifting always on would enable viewing of all channels OK, with occassional blank screens when selecting channels. Selecting another channel and the the previously blank channel would generally get the channel to appear OK, tho sometimes it would take over 20 seconds to get an image. This was a usable workaround, but with version 1.0.1 timeshifting results in a blank screen. After a 2 minutes plus occassionally a picture does appear but mediaportal has crashed by that time.
Killing mediaportal.exe via taskmanager sometimes does not kill the task and power cycling is required. Occassionally after 5-10 minutes the exe will close.
