MP2 - V2.1 Loading from VideoHub "Movies" take much time (1 Viewer)

Hello,

loading from the Moviesection takes 1-2min with loading symbole.
With MP2 Spring 16 Release it takes just 1sec.

My Moviedatabase are just 270 Movies, i think thats not the Problem.
The Serie's Section are working fine and load within 1-2 sec.

Just the Moviesection takes so many time.

Can anyone confirm this, by himself?

Are you sure, that the importer is not running in the background? Can you please check the server logs for activities ongoing according to time. Others reported the same and in the end the root cause was always, that the importer was finalizing its job. Currently the importer continues with a second run to scrap additional data as artists, characters, ... (if enabled in options)

I think its not the importer, cause the problem are exists since i install the MP2.1 on the first day.
And i don't think that the importer run since thursday last week.

Thank you for the logs. Unfortunately they aren't of much value since they have been taken at INFO level.

Please refer to the Wiki for how to change the logging level to ALL. There will be a fast and easy way to do this in 2.1 Final but for the moment you need to do it manually. Then do a reimport of your movies and post new logs if problem persists.

Hi,

it seems if it is not the generel Video Hub.
I filtered the Movies in the Categories "watched" and "Unwatched" and the Unwatched Categorie loads faster then the Wateched Categorie.

But the Unwatched Cateogorie is much bigger after the new import.
Unwatched over 250 Movies
Watched just 7 Movies

I change the logging level to ALL.

Wouldnt that make sense? You created a new database and I don't think that you watched hundreds of movies since then.

Now what about your loading time issue? Can you indivate at what date and time you no tried to play a movie and it took 1 minute to open?
