I just installed media portal and it locks up on me. I think all of my drivers are updated. I really like what I have seen from the software so far. Media Portal just seems unstable right now.

For some reason it is working better now. I did update my direct x from the microsoft website. I changed skins but it was working better before I did that.

    It depends what MP "page" you are viewing. I believe the problem has to do with reflections (flipY-code).

    ... but it will probably crash until you a) install old driver b) use modded skins or c) by a standalone gfx


    d) ATi fixes it? - LMAO

    yup it started crashing again after I figured out how to add album art. Anytime I go to my videos it locks it up good. That is ok I am not going to run Mp on this machine. I ordered parts for new machine. Am I going to have problems with
    Diablotek Radeon X700se Video Card - 256MB DDR2, PCI Express, DVI, VGA, TV Out, Video Card

    I ordered it about 24 hours before I found MP
