thx for the mediaportal-project. its great. last weekend i buyed a tv-card for my htpc. my card works fine with different free-software projects. but its more comfortable for me to use it mediaportal. i installed everything like in your video-guides for the tv server. the first steps after the instalation were good. tv-watching in mediapotal looks good. now the problem: after every restart, my pc loss the channel-db. i have to rescan the astra-transponders.

Does the server loose the channel list or the client? Please add a log of the server (scanning & exiting config) and of the client.

at this moment i'm at work, so i cannot add my log-files.

i think server and client loss the channels, because i have to scan again in the tvserver.exe

hi,

I got the same Problem. After every reboot or restart the "tv-server" service, all Channels are deleted. I Use a Hauppauge PVR 350 and an Freecom DVB-t USB Stick (but DVB-t Signal is not avalible at this time) .

The logfiles are without any errors

now it works

yesterday i tried again.

and it worked. i don't know why.

but now i have another problem, in the tv-server-config-tool i'm not able to sort my radiostations. is there another tool, for the radiostations?
