Lost all paid channels after powerloss, no PMT (1 Viewer)

After a restart on the server, all "paid" channels stopped working, on RiksTV.
I tryed a new install of TVServer, and now it doesnt even find the paid chans on a new scan.
But it says, it finds all channels, they just doesnt show in the channel list...

I have checked the frequencies, they are correct..
I tryed raising the PMT scan time, to 20, 45 and 60.
