    Hi guys,

I have a small but strange problem with our MPE1 extensions installer..

Normally I'm always installing and updating my extensions using this tool or with the extensions plugin for Mediaportal.. So there was a long list under the tab; "Installed extensions". So far so good..

But a couple of days a go, almost the complete list was empty! Only LAV and Titan extended where left..

Does anyone knows what the problem could be? I don't know what kind of logs I need for this, so if someone need them, let me know what you need exactly..

    Cheers!

    Mediaportal.log is needed.
BTW please uncheck "show only stable and compatible extensions" in mpei/
/Team MediaPortal/MediaPortal/Installer/V2/InstalledExtensions.xml includes all installed extensions. Check it.

Well, list of installed extensions is pulling from InstalledExtensions.xml so if it is empty you will not see anything in mpei as installed.
Another question is who cleaned it? :) Log didn't help me. But it looks like only 2-3 plugins was missing from installed.

Strange! I really don't know how it happend.. It's not a folder where I'm looking a lot so really strange that the cile is almost empty now.. :(

Maybe a program like ccleaner has cleaned it up, but I can't imagine that..

Any idea how to get the installed extensions back without installing them all one by one again?

This just happened to me too and I wasn't upgrading or even updating extensions, they all just disappeared and I had to reinstall them - PITA. The odd thing is the extensions were running and working, just not showing up in the extension app (standalone or GUI).
