Lost TV recordings (2 Viewers)

Hi

Not sure whether this is the right place for this. Sorry if it isn't

I have just switched from using MP to using TVE3, single seat setup. I followed the video tutorials which were a doddle. Thanks for making it so easy. TV3 looks great. Can't wait for #

My problem is that I can no longer see the TV programmes I have already recorded. The tuner cards in the TVE are configured to the same folder. The only way I can see them is by configuring the Videos to see my Recordings folder. Not a satisfactory solution.

I am sure there is an easy solution.

AFAIK that is the only way of doing it, MP no longer reads the "Local" database but the SQL one.

Happens to me frequently, as always switching between the to 2 TV engines.

If you use the MY TVseries plugin for episodes and convert the DVR-MS films you may want saved to MPEG\XVID and move to a movies folder not so bad.

A pain i know, but lots of work (especially DB wise) still to go for Mediaportal.
