[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (25 Viewers)

Not sure how interested you are in the fullscreen/windowed bug, at this time, but same problem with v85install/v91 core with madvr, option 1 log attached, no problem with evr see 2nd log attached.
Zapping no longer displays olöd channel. Testing continues.

Good news i'm able to reproduce it on HTPC on TVS lol.
So i have moved some code on C++ it seems that it didn't deadlock but it can be a placebo lol

Screenshot attached, but more bad news:- 3D videos hang on stop, returns to menu but then hung, logs attached. Also confirm @kenwonders kids report that OV is no longer working, all menus displayed but no playback,should also be in log.

Ok for OV it's because of change start from V88 lol, i have rebuild OV and updated bin in first post, seems to works here.
We knows that when madVR will go into official release, we need to bump video plugins so most of them will be broken.

About the black screen, i will retry to analyse it to fully understand.

That's not good the freeze for 3D, you run it on what version ?

It didn't pass the log line "Log.Debug("VMR9: Dispose 2"); " so it seems that the deinit didn't go well but no clue why.
