[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (8 Viewers)

    Yep DRR in MP config need to be set to enable/ON (when EVR is used). madVR will not use it (when madVR is in use).
    EVR can be use on madVR setting when we check the option to use EVR for LiveTV.

    I notice something else on my side for madVR refresh rate, when playing a 24fps video and i try to play a 25fps video it doesn't switch to 50hz and i found why lol :
    I have set a refresh rate setting 1080i25 / 1080p25 and 1080p50 and it seems that my projector didn't accept 1080i25 or 1080p25 so madVR didn't event try the next possible value (for me 1080p50).
    So after removing 1080i25 and 1080p25, all was good :)

    V143 MOD link on first post :p it has been a long time without a new version lol.

    So i have try to change how to handle when madVR send D3D device to null, it should be added back faster starter introduced in previous release to wait a correct device. It seems to works better now but need testing guys :)

    Test done on LAV Native and CB

    Not a single DXVA failed and nothing similar. Simply perfect!!!

    Zap times excellent including FTA, scrambled, HD, SD, sat, ip, DVBT. All almost perfect (note 1) (note 2)
    HD, SD videos perfect (note 1)
    NVIDIA 3D trick is not working. 3D plays perfect after mouse move but as exceptionally happens before in some of our versions, MadVr status (CTRL+ J) is in 2D (should be 3D also)

    I did a lot of zap and video playbacks. A LOT!


    Note 1 exceptionally get some blank screen with no audio. MP responsible and could stop playback to recover. Next play perfect. Seb, let me know how to trouble shoot those blank, if simply log collection and time of event is fine, or need other things.

    Note 2 most of zap are perfect. Zap OSD for 2 secs and directly new channel image. Good on SD, HD, tuner change. All good. BUT, some times and depending on first channel tuned (dont know yet why) old behaviour comes on same zap channels where previously was perfect. So ZAp OSD comes, blank screen with Zap OSD in view, then blink and previous channel Zap OSD briefly and finally previous channel image (that's really brief), and finally new channel image. All that happens in 3 seconds since new channel tuned.


    That's one of the best and most stable versions I have tried. Really found problem in my setup its been really hard, really hard!

    Could be nice to see the log to see if we have the D3D device set to NULL and see if it's handled correctly (or at least better than before).
    About 3D trick, i think it was done too earlier now because it is activated right after OSD call back.

    I was able to reproduce some madVR crash and it was related to timing issue when releasing OSD, i need to try something on this side.

    About those blank thingy, it seems to be related when cleanup directshow graph between codec and renderer and i fear that i can't do nothing :( (i have seen this too and try different manipulation but with no luck for now lol).

    Will make an V145 build (trying to fix those deadlock issue and added back hack for Zap OSD) :p
