and on igpu try lower the queue maybe it helps too

It is just the refresh rate not resetting, the 3D playback is fine and on stop no black screen it goes back to menu as expected but when I navigate its jerky and on checking I find the refresh rate is still 23hz i.e. has not been returned to 50hz and must be manually reset or 23hz becomes the new default. The issue is only a problem with the new AMD Crimson drivers (required for newer GPUs) the old Catalyst version (I can use both on my older GPU) don't show the problem. With MPC-HC the refresh rate is returned to 50hz after 3D playback (both driver types) so it does not seem to be a Madvr issue (settings at least) since the same is used for both players.

Maybe it's related to some kind of delay, like with MPC-HC (pure C++) release directly madVR and for MP it take few seconds.

@Sebastiii Could be a delay in MP but it is not a few seconds or even minutes, it must be days or weeks. Also why does it work OK with the Catalyst drivers?

Ok i didn't explain fully what i have in mind.
I think that madVR restore display too soon with MP while MPC-HC is faster because of pure C++.
It means that something is sent but not handled properly or avoid when MP in use in conjunction with crimson drivers.

For example, we can see that when closing MPC-HC player, windows react fast to goes back to 2D.
MP when closing/stopping a video take a little higher time and i think that in this window of few sec the crimson driver didn't handle the restoredisplaynow.

Can i try to delay it or try to start restore earlier, we can try

I gave that a try on top of v209 also installed the VSRedist 2015 stuff x86&x64, but still not resetting. Attached logs are for 2 tests, (refresh rate maually reset after first test) between 15:: and 15:07.
Will also try with v210.

UPDATE:
Same with v210, not refresh reset after 3D, see 2nd logs

Just curious to know if it is just me or is anyone else (who has AMD with Crimson drivers) seeing the 23hz refresh rate not being reset after playing 3D?????
