[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (28 Viewers)

Yes i used the installer from your post, but reinstalled ares with new mpe-Version. And your version v272 just worked! All my problems are solved, great work! No problem with 1/4 screen anymore. 
To be sure I did a second test with a reboot in 1080p, and a round up with HD, 4K, 3D-material. Nothing to complain about in a short test.

Yes everything in that respect is good, also on my HTPC with the newer installer autoplay is now working again.
I have not yet tried v272, maybe tomorrow.
I'm not dead sure when but I seem to have lost the capability of playing 3D BD .iso in 3D mode, (plays in 2D, .mkv/mvc still play in 3D OK) need to do some more testing, it was working at some point in the past but not any more for me.

V272 working nicely
Only bug so far is related to calling context menu's:
- Play a video
- Open a context menu, the one from Audio Switcher like last time is easiest
- Select "Change Playback Device" and afterwards an Audio device (any will do) OR close menu via escape key for instance.
- It will re-open the same context menu again afterwards from step 2 (root menu)
Can't replicate when nothing is playing so must be the dialog getting called twice somehow, minor issue nonetheless as everything else is silky smooth

Thanks, i couldn't reproduce the issue (can it be dependent of video files played ? or maybe related to some kind of madVR settings ?)

Tried it with MP-TVseries again today and can't reproduce it anymore, EventGhost might be cause but it only happened while playing yesterday which was odd.
If I spot it again will add some logging and post

v272 looks OK but Online Videos seems to have become flakey, also noticed last night pre v272, crashing and hanging, Source spliitter crashing I think. Attached log is from v272 this morning, see MP crash arround 10:23 and after a restart a hang a short time later which needed a Task Manager kill. A subsequent short test of the same content following the restart worked OK. Will try 3D .iso later.
