First: I have installed last mediaportal with the latest SVN, replaced DLL, installed latest StreamedMP, choice "Fan Art"

After adding a few shows in MyTVSeries, it looks like this:

Can anyone help me - I am having the most difficult time with this? Thank you!!!!!

The backdrops work for "Moving Pictures" but for some reason not with MyTVSeries

You have to manually download fanart in TVSeries. Just bring up the menu and select Fanart.

I am sorry, but do you have a image of how to do this? Been trying for what it seems like forever, and your help is greatly thanked!!

Select a show then press F9 on your keyboard or Info on your remote. Select option 3. Fanart. Or are you reffering to that the poster isn't "tilted" in your screenshot?

No, you can't. MovingPictures doesn't support many setting changes from within the plugin itself. MyTVseries does.
