[MANTIS 4321] - SMS style disabled on keyboard in password-mode (1 Viewer)

Bummer, was kinda hoping it would make 1.4.
But if I have to choose I'd prefer an early release of 1.4 over this one anytime!

Did a little research, and the current pullrequest (#20) does not solve the issue.
My proposal is to simply not disable sms-text, but start in the non-sms style if passwords are required.
Then for most cases (pin required) it's going to work the same as before, but if you want to securely add an alpha-num password, you can still switch to sms-style and press number buttons to type the password.
Anyone disagree?
