During the install of the SVN of 19-09, the Tvservice installer crashed at the creation of shortcut and uninstaller. TOday I am not able to install a new TVService because it is required to uinistall the old one before. I cannot find a way how to manually uninstall the service.
    Does anyone know?
    Thanks.

No Indeed it does not appear in add/remove. Normally there is always a possibility to use command line to unregister service but I do not know the one for TVService.
Maybe it would be nice to add a FORCE installation method to TVService.

Try locating the tv service executable and executing it with a "/uninstall" command line parameter.

    OK thanks that work.
With build 1614, TV guide always comes back to alphabatical order. This is not desired.
