I have another problem that I am wondering if anybody else has experienced this.
The problem has to do with Fade on exit. The screen shots shows the InfoService plugin with an item highlighted. When I either select the item or press the back button the highlight text fades out really slow. The text from the other items that aren't highlighted fade out as you would expect.
I have noticed this problem on the music playlist screen, pictures screen, recordings screen and infoservice. All in list view mode.

I can remove the problem on my system by changing the setting:

<animation effect="zoom" easing="out" start="100,100" end="180,180" center="683,384" time="1000">WindowClose</animation>

to

<animation effect="slide" time="200" end="1000,0">WindowClose</animation>

I had to do this on all these files:

common.facade.music.xml
common.facade.pictures.xml
common.facade.recordings.xml
common.facade.video.xml
common.facade.xml
infoservice.feeds.xml

i have seen this issue too but not all the time, i can also do so yet more accurate. We will check this.

Could that be because most of the users are using 24hr time. Is there anyone on the forum that has 12hr time and can either confirm they have the problem or don't have the problem.

Maxx Power on Pg 14 confirmed the problem.

I have done a quick test using the skins Blue3Wide, StreamedMP & BleazleWide and they don't seem to have the problem. They must be making an allowance for either setting somehow.

I am happy to test and send you screen shot results if you have some fixes you would like to try.

ok, we must first consider what we do exactly. It must also fit in 24h format.

Yes I agree that is why I would like the team to create the fix. That way the format will suit both 24hr and 12hr time. I also can't test 24hr settings as I can't work out how to change MediaPortal to 24hr time.
This is going to be hard to fix if no one can change the settings on their system from one to the other.

This happens when you leave the screen while the text scrolls. The only thing we can do is to remove the zoom animations for the listcontrol. I think it is a issue with the skin engine...

Maya BasicHome plugin neads Moving pictures plugin. Without this it cannot be started.

Hello. I just installed Maya 0.5.383, with a new installation of MediaPortal on Windows 7 and this is what happens (picture attached)
Main menu: No time and weather is displayed.
BasicHome: What is this menu?
I installed Moving Pinctures and InfoService
I hope someone can help me or give me a clue, thanks.
