media portal only shows latest series added (1 Viewer)

i've got a problem: i imported 8 different series, but when launching media portal and going to "my tv series" i can only see the latest series i imported.
i tried to fix this for 1h now, the series are not hidden. adding the series to the favorites changes nothing.
i noticed, that in the "detail" view of the mp tv-series configuration tool, only the name of the latest series added is black, all other are gray (but not italic, so they should not be hidden i guess).
can somebody help me please?

Have you moved the other series since you originally imported?

Are they on a network that you may have lost connection to?

no, i haven't moved/renamed/.. the series and it is on the internal hard drive.

Try deleting the database (TVSeriesDatabase4.db3 found here C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\database)
and then rescan

ok, it looks like you are not allowed to delete the import paths everything works fine now. thanks for your help!

You are allowed to delete your import paths and it makes sense to remove the files linked to them if you do. Is that not something you expected, we could put a warning I guess saying that this will remove episodes in database that are part of that path.

i wanted to import one series at a time, so i deleted the import paths after each series, i had no idea that the import pathes had to stay there. but it makes sense, as the plugin also autoimports new files.

btw, you dont want to do a import path per series...just put all your series into one folder and make that your import path e.g.

D:\TV = import path

D:\TV\StarTrek
D:\TV\Alias
etc

But you probably know that already.
