what if you remove all shares in mp, try loading mp, - see if makes a difference
then re-add them 1 at at time and loading mp in between each to see if it could be just 1 of them
No I have not , the network is working fine in my house
You switch on PC (not from sleep or hibernate) and the NAS drives are spun down
You start media portal , media portal waits until the share is ready (about 30 secs +)
Now if you have accessed the share on the PC or media portal has and then the drives have then spun down and you then start media portal
will start straight away even before the drives have spun up , if you access the share via explorer the folder will open and show contents BUT
you cannot access the sub folders until drives has finished spooling up
