I've just updated to version 1.0.5. Now the shell extension works with multiple selected files as well.

You are Legend man ;)
thank you very much.

I think the next thing that should be added is multi-language support to make merge better with the system context menu. I could do german and english. Can anyone offer a translation into additional languages?

    Hey Matrix...

first of all, thanks for that excellent tool.. Do you plan to support in any way files like subtitles? srt, txt etc..
They should have the same filename as avi, otherwise they won't get recognized anymore..

    Hey Matrix,

It's possible when a movie have multiple files the rename add the '-cdx' to the end of the filename?

The issue is that in this way de moviedatabase scan will recognize it was only one movie.

Do have already test it with Vista? The movierenamer works but the series renamer not!!!

    Tks

    Hi,

I am adding a renaming option like the one in the TV Show Renamer to the Movie Renamer so you can change how the final filenames will look like and what information will be in there.

I am also testing on Vista now. Since I have changed the way the episode information is retrieved from episodeworld.com (The admin was kind enough to give me a nice xml interface to request the data) it works much better now.

Stay tuned for the update. I can't say when exactly but I think somewhere before christmas ;)

I have a tiny little problem. when i try the TV Show renamer on a folder it seems to find a matching tvshow with one of my subfolders. eg. my folderstructure is as follows

    c:\media center\My Videos\Series\American Dad\Season 1\

when i try to use tvshowrenamer on the American Dad folder, I get that popup window to select a name for the show My Videos and I get 2 or three options... anyway of choosing how deep in the folderstructure it will search???

    anyway! kickass tool!
