    I could not find any rebootflag file at "C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\" or at "C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\"

    So I deinstalled MP (Option 1 / keep databases etc.) --> Restarted Computer --> but still the same Error.:(

    Please note I have posted a bug report using the link on page 1 of this thread and it asks for the version but there is no button for 1.28, so clicked 1.27.:unsure:

    but still the same Error
    Very strange ... I look at Sourcem, reboot flag set (not always) when TV and MP part unistalled ...
    When .NET Framework installed and all ... Maybe you need Install .Net manually in W10 and from MP Deploy folder (download only option)?

    now I'm completely stuck...
    Did manual download of all components but when I tried to install from Deploy --> still the same error :eek:

    strange thing:
    In the list of Apps MediaPortal ist still listed - but option for <change> and <deinstall> is greyed out

    Error says:
    1. .net Framework is allready part of the OperatingSystem....
    2. .... The same or higher Version is allready installed...

    .net Framework is allready part of the OperatingSystem....

    Enable the (Microsoft) .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.5 feature if it is not already enabled:

    • Go to Control Panel -> Programs
    • Click on "Turn Windows features on or off"

      • Windows 10: Enable ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)"
      • Windows 10: Enable ".NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services"
