To reproduce, record a 1 hour tv show, play the show, fast forard to 15 mins at x32, play, ff to 30 mins at x32, play, ff to 45mins at x32 and play, if its what happens to me then the sync is some seconds out

Try it without MP Audio Renderer (use default direct show audio renderer).

I suspect the problem *might* be an issue related to MP Audio Renderer - I think you need @tourettes to take a look at the logs.

By twisting the Universe so that there will be more free time available

testers, please try to reproduce that issue and add it to Mantis. I'll try to look at that issue (but probably not for 1.3.0 ).

I did a fresh install on my new AMD-E450 based TV-Server/Client and tried MP 1.3 alpha.
This will be the main device in our new home. Along with them at least 1, maybe more clients,.

A big thanks to Team Mediaportal, this was the most easy, quick and struggle-free MP Install I ever had!

Does anyone else experience framedrops when having Mini EPG open while playing TV - Especially HD 1080P?

I drop from 50 fps to around 20-30 fps resulting in choppy playback

Even with TV in window with menu on left side I see similar issues.

Although i'm running AMD E-350 with LAVF filter, I would not expect this behavior - Else I just lost my money on a Zontac AD10

AFAIk this is by design - if there is any GUI element shown - then framerate drops to 20-30 fps. You can see it with Shift+1 on screen without any video shown.
