The plugin uses incorrect directory path for dumping xml data(Debug checkbox checked) causing exception. Try patched version from the attached file (AnyCPU).

I did a test with trial account:
    • communication seems to be working
    • xml data were correctly dumped into "C:\Users\All Users\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\schedulesdirectupdate.xml" file
    • tested x64 version
    • forced update upon start checked: refresh is executed cca 15s after start of the service

If it still doesn't work then post your logs in debug mode. You can also try to monitor http data flow on your NIC with Wireshark.

    PS: 20:06 - updated dll

    The extension installs two libraries:
    • SchedulesDirectPluginTVE3.dll (tvserver plugin dir)
    • TvdbLib.dll (tvserver base dir)
The schedulesdirectupdate.html is properly created with full update. "No data available" shows in MP 1.36 x64 TV Guide.

The extention installer for the SD plugin installs a version of TvdbLib.dll dated 4/5/2015. I think this might be only x86 instead of "any CPU". Could that be the problem?

I'll wait a bit longer before uploading logs.

I found in TVService.log that SchedulesDirect.xml was not created because a part of the path was not found, ie.,

    c:\ProgramData\MediaPortal TV Server\SchedulesDirect.xml

I think the path should read,

    c:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\SchedulesDirect.xml

    I did.

The SchedulesDirectUpdate.xml was properly saved there.
I created a dummy "MediaPortal TV Server" folder in "Program Data" and re-ran the forced update. SchedulesDirect.xml was saved there. It contained the complete lineup xml. My Guide still only shows "No data available", as, I'm guessing, the TV Server cannot see the data there.

It wasn't necessary. The updated dll fixes exactly this issue.
In my case, I can see correct EPG data in MP Client.

PS: sorry, there is another log using wrong folder; new updated dll in my previous post

We are talking about file "343224_SchedulesDirectPluginTV3.zip", correct?

I downloaded it again and copied "SchedulesDirectPluginTV3.dll" to the TVS plugin folder. repeated force update.
