Ok, then I wont fire up the Excel as it would show straight line for both. Hopefully more people can provide same information as red5goahead has provided. It will be even enough to tell what HW and how the multiplier behaves. Log would be useful only if the multiplier is not stable and pretty close to 1x (1.00006 is pretty close )

MB=Gigabyte G31M-S2L, GPU=ASUS EAH5450 (HDMI audio): 1.00003 and it is pretty stable after few seconds (1.000030-1.000033)

alright

ive been testing this out for a few days here now and im liking what i see with the new audio renderer (v14)!!! =)
i have a vc1 bluray rip of clash of the titans which plays great on this new renderer (with ffdshow audio/coreavc 2.0 video decoders)
whereas the normal default out renderer gives me stutters every 5 seconds ( a sharp "V" on the shift+1 graph) which results in some lost frames every 10 seconds or so
i was suprised that VC1 works so well as it just uses the WMO video decoder (when i checked in graph studio)
sry i cant post a pic ...i cant take screenshots on my MCE keyboard coz it has no printscreen button ..lol
ive tested ffdshow audio decoder and the MPA audio decoder...the MPA seems to result in lots of stuttering

I was then testing a h264 bluray rip of District 9 with subtitles and a 2nd audio track (directors commentary) that wont play at all with the ffdshow audio decoder..it works with the MPA..but lol..i get bad frame drops ...wish it would work well with ffdshow! im not sure if subtitle stream or extra audio stream would cause problems..i have haali matroskasplitter also installed if that makes any difference..im not sure either..but i cant usually get any of these high def files to work without it

just as a side note..i DO in fact have the dts/etc passthru options ON in ffdshow and the guide says not to...wondering if theres a reason for this?

I'm watching a recording - volume is OK - then after skipping through the first commercials volume is also OK - then watching the show again the volume is lower than before. Then after the next commercial the same again. Problem i've to higher the volume again and again... (seems to only happen when sound format changes between show and commercial)

Please check with graphedit that the MP audio renderer is always used (some renderer could do some normalization for the audio - MP audio renderer itself is not touching the volume level at all, there is just no code for such ). Also provide a log an TS file that can be used to reproduce the issue.

Mhm - strange. it is in use. I'll try again with changing from MP audiorenderer to Default directrenderer.

Hi there,

I'm not sure if I have found a bug, but it happened with V13 and v14.

Most the time when changing channels everything works fine, there is a slight 1 - 2 second glitch in the video/audio and then it sorts itself out.

But everso often with using this audio render, the audio does not work/recover after a channel change. The audio beomes quiet, with a click type noise every few seconds from that point onwards. Video still lays fine.

I am running MePo 1.1.1 (Miroslav Sky EPG SVN), with SAF 5 (MS DTV codecs), on Windows 7 x64, with integrated ATI/AMD Audio over SPDIF.

Maybe I have an incorrect config option somewhere?

I have attached my audiorender log and Mepo log. I quit MePo as soon as the audio issue started - so the "interesting" data will be at the end of the logs.

If you require anything else please let me know.

Yes - Normally everything is working fine with tourettes renderer (tried DTS, stereo, 5.1, all the formats I have) - but everso often with TV channel changes the audio screws up and does not recover.
