MediaPortal Crashes when loading a Movie. Just started happening. (1 Viewer)

Just recently, Mediaportal (latest build and 1.15) hangs and crashes. I do not use TV server, I have Moving Pictures installed. I have tried using the original Skin and even dropped back a version. I thought it may be the way I encode my videos. I recently upgraded from Handbrake 0.9.9.1 to 1.10.1. I dropped back to 0.9.9.1, to no avail. All of my codecs are up to date. Attached are the log files. Any help would be appreciated. I will continue to search the forums.

**UPDATE**

Problem Solved. The Microsoft Update listed below seems to have fixed the issue. Many thanks to mm1352000 and the fast response.

I'll get straight to the point.
You have the same problem as discussed here:

It was caused by a buggy Windows update from Microsoft... and the solution is to install a later update:
