    Hi,

MePo has been running well for me since updating to 1.13, but became very unstable over the weekend, crashing every few minutes despite me not making any changes. Looking for a culprit, I noticed a recent update to the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (KB890830), but I'm not sure if this could be the source of the problem?

Does anyone know where I should be looking in the attached logs please?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Unlikely, the removal tool is a run once software and will not interfere with any other installation once completed.

MP is crashing with a kernelbase.dll error, which is unfortunately not very specific. I would assume some database issue. Can you start MP using the Watchdog / Option 1 please? This will launch MP without any plugin. If problems persist, repost logs. If MP is then running, delete TVSeriesDatabase4.db3 (or rather move it to another folder) and restart MP normally.

Yeah, the MP-TVSeries database is corrupt:

    Follow the instructions here:
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_MEDIAPORTAL_1/16_Support/Troubleshooting/Repair_SQLite_Database

Each time you see VideoDatabaseV5.db3, replace it with TVSeriesDatabase.db3.
