MediaPortal not installed (2 Viewers)

I have the latest svn of mediaportal, ive tried installing the tv client using the new tvserver svn tvengine3-03-26-2008--05-08h--Rev18279

When i have a choice of installing tv server and tv client the tv client just says MediaPortal not installed.

Anyone else had this problem?

There are very few reasons for this: One would be that you did NOT install a clean 0.2.3.0 at first (but instead e.g. applied SVN to 0.2.3.0 RC3).

Hi,

Removed the all of media portal and reinstalled with new svn, tv client installed fine. The previous tv client was fine when it was a separate file.

All working ok now.

isn't that what I'm soposed to do? use the matching SVN version of client and server?
