Mediaportal stopped working.. but it hasn't (3 Viewers)

Hi,

I've noticed occasionally when I exit mediaportal back to desktop, I see a windows prompt that Mediaportal has stopped working. It says this..

Strange thing is that I experienced no issues whilst MP was playing and it appeared to exit cleanly. Any ideas?

I had that issue prior to 1.2.1, but it was fixed in 1.2.1 (in the notes). Haven't really run 1.2.2, so I can't say if it's been reintroduced.

I've recently built a whole new PC, fresh Win 7 install, fresh Mepo 1.3 beta and this started happening again. Similar error on closing mediaportal. Does anyone have any ideas what may cause this?

Sorry always forget the important bit. Soon as it does it again, I'll post them up. I just closed it now and it didn't do it, first time for a while though (typical).

I've noticed the same error when exiting, will try to capture logs as well.....

Here you go, one set of logs at error and one at debug verbosity, using watchdog to export present logs, using either report a bug option I didn't manage to get a close that generated the error, probably coincidence. Just started MP and then closed it for each of these.

Also on a recently built machine, per my system specs, upgraded from 1.2.3 to 1.3 beta.

I don't know exactly where the problem is coming from but it seems that your mediaportal.xml is locked or used by another program. Are you sure MediaPortal was closed correctly before this error occures?

I get this as well with MP 1.3 Beta, haven't got around to logging it yet (As I'm using the internal 1.3 beta release, which i wont to wipe and reinstall before logging this problem)

Are you sure MediaPortal was closed correctly before this error occures?

Mines not done it again today.. But I use DJBlu's 1.3b build and it always occurs after closing using the proper close option in titan (down in basic home and third option cross on the right).
