It doesn't occur on closing MePo, it's just that you see the error has occurred when you close MePo

WI have seen this error, it stopped doing it before I could log it though

I did spot the moment it creates the crash window, if I recall correctly it was when a video window is told to close by mepo.

Ie you press stop on your remote when watching live tv, mepo closes the window but then windows pops open a crash window. (As others state, mepo is above this error and fully functional, when you close mepo you then see the crash dialog)

Not sure if it occurs on channel change but I guess it would when switching from TV to watching a video.

Ill try to log it if I see it happen again but it stopped doing it on my system

Hope this info is of use

I know this issue, too. Sometimes I see that window when I close MP, but since I only have a dedicated HTPC and I only go to windows once a week or so I can't really tell when and how often this happens. But as far as I know this didn't happen with 1.3 beta so far.

I only had this with MP-TVSeries but this has been fixed by the TVSeries plugin some time ago.

Found a culprit, at least on my system - MPExtended.

With the service running, I see the error on ~50% of MP exits, with service stopped I haven't yet seen it.....

I have that running too + wifi remote. Although I haven't seen it now in about 5 or 6 exits without me doing anything.

    Hi.
This normally indicates an important file is not accessible (readable, writeable). In this case it can be that mediaportal.xml is still be written to. I think a plugin (or a combination of plugins) trying to write their configuration to mediaportal.xml while mp itself tries to shutdown... The nearest matching process in your logfile is MPEI saving settings. But if this is the thing blocking the file, I don't know really...

The system I upgraded to 1.3 beta just before Xmas had stopped showing the crash dialogue but I noticed a crash dialogue when I closed Mepo yesterday.

I believe it does it when TV stops and a Video is loaded - the crash dialogue also states tsreader was the culprit.

Mepo was is debug mode so hopefully it can be traced.

    Logs attached.
