DVB-S Radio not working

I just recognized that DVB-S radio is not working.
MP throws an exception.
This happens almost every second attempt to start radio.

Is anybody else having this issue?

Most likely TsReader crashes, no clue why. Could you make a recording and upload that .ts clip to somewhere so we can try to reproduce the crash.

Ok, managed to start radio and it played approx. 20 sek. I then started recording and the playback stoped suddenly.
Attached is the timeshft buffer before I started the recording, the actual recording is obviously 0 kb.

I will try to record a valid file. Or would you need a bigger/longer timeshift file?

tourettes: ok I found an issue.
I cannot record radio because as soon as I start recording in MyRadio, MP records "Das Erste", which is my first TV channel!
So something is weired here because MyRadio seems to be connected to MyTV...

Oki, now I have done some testing, again.

I have this time used ForTheRecord´s managment console to stream a channel from Mediaportals tv-server.
This is working, No problems at all.

So my conclusion is:
TV-Server works.
But the viewer in MP, courses the probelm.


Hope you develupers can use this to track down the problem.

I just thought about it, may it be that this issue with the freezing image while watching live tv is caused by, well, a certain plugin which we're not suppose to be talking about in here?

I just think it's so weird that so many experience this problem while the developers are not able to reproduce the error...

maybe,

But as I wrote, its not the tv-server that fails, it keeps running.
And that plugin has only something to do with that.

The failuere comes when MP tryes to show the TS stream.
And it comes after "x" time

When it freeze then you can skip 15 sec. and you have picture again, so that tells me that the stream is decryptet right.
And Timeshift file is OK.
