I'm not so sure about that. I just retested this in windowed mode, and it was stuttering while the window had focus.
Also, I cannot reliably reproduce the stutter when the default system refresh rate is set to 50hz and the default dynamic refresh rate changer set to 50hz. This isn't ideal for me, but seems to be sort of a band-aid in the mean time.
Hopefully these tests have helped. If there is anything I can test please let me know.
you mean when windows refreshr ate =50 and default refresh rate is 50 in rr changer it doesnt happen ?
i have those settings but in my case it happens with these settings 9default rr changer refresh rate = tv which = 50hz
still happens sometimes, but not as often. not really a solution, just something i noticed.
it looks i have a workaround for the 24 hz stutter problem that upt now works.
i did set my windows refreshrate to 23hz
i als set the default refresh rate in refreshrate changer to 23 hz (23.976) and upto now i have had no stutter yet (where in the past i would have gotten some already for sure)
