To troubleshoot your installation, follow the steps listed on this page religiously. Make sure you used the latest drivers linked from there (currently it's http://hauppauge.lightpath.net/software/dvb/cd-digital-25e.zip). Note: Do not install all the crap but the drivers and IR32/IR32.exe, if you use the remote. Everything else from that package is not needed.

Synopsis:

Hi folk

I have exactly the same card and it is driving me nuts. I have tried the definitions and installed suitable video as sugested in the forum area. But I still get the message "unable to create graphs" when trying to edit the tv capture settings. It seems to detect my card but it just wont let me scan for channels.

When it first installed it scanned for channels and found none. The card works fine with the software it was bundled with.

I would really appreciate any advise that you could offer.

Andy..

Fixed now

Installing latest ATI drivers seemed to do the trick. Probably should have tried this earlier really

it has phillips chips with the code saa7146ah on the bigger one. the card itself is a browny yellow colour.

the driver im using is hauupauge wintv nova adapter 2.5.0.2
.
You need to use the TechnoTrend BDA drivers with that card - it is not the 90002 variant. The standard drivers do not have BDA support.
