MediaPortal won't recognize my USB tuner (1 Viewer)

after I unplug it. The only way that it will recognize it again is if I re-install the program. This is probably a stupid question, though I couldn't find an answer.

I am using WinTV-HVR 950Q USB tuner with all the latest MediaPortal and TV Server stuff. I am running Vista 64 bit too.
