Looks like it might be some problem with your Moving Pictures plugin. Try disabling that and see if it still crashes. My german's not good enough to understand fully the exception :), but it appears to be from Moving Pictures.
(Last error's in your error log are something to do with Moving Pictures and Artwork updater)

Apparently (I've read this in the Moving Pictures forum) it's a know issue has to more to do with how MediaPortal displays pictures than what Moving Pictures doing. Hopefully the MP Team will put this bug to rest so we can fully use all the greatest plugins without such issues. MediaPortal also hangs for me in the "Now Playing" screen and I think it's because of this.

    WOW.... I like this skin
And I realy like the Mediastrem.dll plugin, it makes it realy easy to setup the main menu

I have a couble of feature requests for the Mediastream plugin.
It could be nice if it was possible to pick a background phot on the computer.

Another think I would like was a easy way to configure the extra, watch, hear and game menu

    keep up the great work

    New MediaStream.dll

    Hi all

I modified the DLL a bit and added a new feature. It is now possible to choose between three lists with modules:

    • one with all XML-files in the skin-directory
    • one with the modules that are se to be in home
    • one with the modules that are set to be in the plugins page

This means that you easily can add the modules you want instead of scrolling through all the files. Of course only the enabled modules are listed :)

i have the exact same problem and it f'in driving me nuts!
if i look at all the jpgs it brings down from thetvdb they all show blank.
i can too blind navigate around and know all the series are there but there is NO graphics associated with them.

Excellent at least I know it's not just me :)
and no one seems to know why.
    great.
i guess its time to look at another skin?

After some experimentation I can say that the missing series banners only happen when you have more than 1 series (season) banner. I got round this by setting the option in MP TV Series to use text rather than graphic display and all the seasons appear rather than none! Hope this helps.

I checked this at home last night, and it looks like there's something NOT showing when you are in seasons-view, AND is using graphical view there. With list-view it's ok (as Nemulate correctly points out).

I'll have to take a look at this in the weekend.

Nice one! It's a lot easier to search for the items you want this way!

Would be cool if the .dll would let us have a checkbox next to the bg selector "random" and a browse button named "set folder". When the "random" box is not filled, the browse button would just say "browse" instead and point to a single background. Also the
    Code:
    <type>image</type>
    would change to
    Code:
    <type>multiimage</type>
automatically. If possible of course. :D

    Hi again,

first problem solved but don't know why:)

Here's my new one: i edited the tvseries.xml because i wanna change some <label> entries to german language but after i started TV Series i got a open window message: wrong skin file.

Can't I change the label entries or do i have to change anywhere else, too??

This is really a MP TV-Series question, but I'll post the answer anyway :)

Check the language file located in C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\language\MP-TVSeries\de.xml (may be in some other location, but you get the point).

Here you can edit the different labels.

    Thanks for your answer pilehave!!!
I fixed it anyway, it was caused by the german letter ö, changed it to oe, that did the trick.
