Menu doesn't work (1 Viewer)

Hi all

I love this skin, but now I did something somewhere, so now when I click on any of the menu items, the menu-bar disapear, and I only see the background, and nothing happens.
It works fine, if I change to Maya skin, in MP config.

I have uninstalled and installed this skin.

All left soon is to reinstall all MP, but I really hope this menu thing can fixed easier

Can someone help with this please?

Have you tried deleting your usermenuprofile.xml in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal and then regenerate BasicHome, this will generate the default basichome for you.

If you still have problem try attaching logs and your usermenuprofile.xml and we will see if we can reproduce.

Hi, thanks for the advise. But I found out after many tries, that it was Info Service that did it. When I disabled InfoService, I don't have a menu in my menues?!?
Even if I deactivate everything in InfoService, it doesn't work. Only if I disabled the InfoService plug-in.

Any ideas on why, so I can get InfoService to work?

What version of InfoService do you have installed and what version of MediaPortal? There was problems with that in earlier versions, ensure InfoService is configured with a valid RSS feed (that was the cause of the problem).

Hi,

Had the same problem on Basic Home Screen with fresh install of MP 1.1.3 and latest Streamed MP.

In my case the problem was solved when I regenerated BasicHome.xml AND added a city to Weather tab in MP configuration. After this change both weather information and RSS feeds was shown successfully in Basic Home Screen.

Note that normal Home Screen worked without any flaws.
